ကိုယ်က ပြဿနာကို အရင်ရှာမှာလား၊ပြဿနာက ကိုယ့်ကိုအရင်လာရှာမှာလား။Contingency Plan ဆိုတာ အဲ့ဒါပဲလို့ပြောလို့ရတယ်။ ပြဿနာကိုယ့်ကို လာရှာမှဖြေရှင်းတဲ့အခါ ပိုကြာနိုင်တယ်။ကိုယ်က ဖြစ်နိုင်တဲ့ပြဿနာကို ကြိုရှာထားတဲ့အခါရလဒ်ပိုင်းမှာ ပိုသာနိုင်တယ်။ ဒါကတော့ “ကိုယ့်နိုင်ငံက ကိုယ့်အတွက်ဘာလုပ်ပေးနိုင်လဲ မကြည့်နဲ့။ကိုယ်က ကိုယ့်နိုင်ငံအတွက် ဘာလုပ်ပေးနိုင်လဲကြည့်။”ဆိုတဲ့ John F Kennedy သုံးခဲ့တဲ့Rhetoric နည်းလမ်းတွေထဲကchiasmas နည်းလမ်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ငါတို့က အသုံးစရိတ်တွေကို ထိန်းချုပ်မလား၊အသုံးစရိတ်တွေ ငါတို့ကို ထိန်းချုပ်တာခံမလား။ဒါက နောက်ဥပမာတစ်ခု။ Are we going to seek out the problem first, or will the problem find us first?
